Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross Jersey

Miami Dolphins Jerseys owner Stephen Ross is committing $13 million over the next four years to fight systemic racism through RISE, the nonprofit foundation he started in 2015.

“Growing up in Detroit, I saw firsthand what racism did to tear apart our community, destroy lives and further inequality,” Ross said in a statement. “I started RISE based on the belief that our nation must address the scourge of racism directly to achieve true unity. Now more than ever, our mission and the need for this work is clear.”

This commitment raises Ross’ RISE funding to $30 million.

“During this time of national unrest, many individuals have stepped up to being part of the solution. Stephen continues to dedicate his time, resources and vision, as he has for decades, in an unwavering commitment to ending racism in partnership with the leadership, heart and influence of athletes globally,” NFL executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent Jersey said. “Stephen’s words are backed by his actions demonstrated by his body of work to advance equality, respect and understanding as a leader in the national dialogue on race and social justice.”

Ross drew criticism in August 2019 when he hosted a $250,000-a-plate fundraiser luncheon for President Donald Trump at his home in New York. Then-Dolphins receiver Kenny Stills Jersey called Ross out, saying, “Someone has to have enough courage to let him know he can’t play both sides of this.”

Ross issued a statement then in response to the overall backlash saying that he has been friends with Trump for 40 years and that while they agree on some things, “we strongly disagree on many others” and that he has never been “bashful” about expressing his opinions to the president. He noted that he will “continue to be an outspoken champion of racial equality, inclusion, diversity, public education and environmental sustainability, and I have and will continue to support leaders on both sides of the aisle to address these challenges.”

RISE says its ultimate goal is to “educate and empower the sports community to eliminate racial discrimination, champion social justice and improve race relations.” Its board includes the five American major sports commissioners and other key leaders across sports.

“In 2015, Stephen and I had several candid conversations about race; specifically, if people are born racist or if it’s learned behavior. We both agreed that no one is born racist and that we needed to educate the younger generation if we were going to create change,” said Warriors star Draymond Green, who has a long affiliation with RISE. “That’s when Steve created RISE and I joined the board. RISE has had a real impact over the past five years and I commend Stephen for continuing to give his time and resources to combat systemic racism and continuing to move this fight forward.”

Authentic Cheap Tampa Bay Buccaneers outside linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul Jersey

TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jerseys outside linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul Jersey posted on Snapchat that he underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee Friday, describing the procedure as a “tune-up.”

Pierre-Paul posted video of himself waiting for surgery at the hospital, getting into his car afterwards and walking on crutches with his knee bandaged.

“Get this surgery. You feel me? But I’m Gucci though. You feel me?” Pierre-Paul said in the video. “Because your boy just had to do it. He just had to do it.”

O’Connor: Tom Brady Jersey‘s personal workouts are a bad example

Five big coronavirus concerns for the NFL season, and how to navigate them
A source told ESPN that there are no concerns about him missing the start of training camp.

After suffering two fractured vertebrae in his neck last offseason, Pierre-Paul went on to record 8.5 sacks in 10 games in 2019, while teammate Shaq Barrett led the NFL with 19.5 sacks. Throughout the season last year, Pierre-Paul was listed on the injury report with a knee injury but continued to play.

Earlier this offseason, he signed a new two-year deal worth $25 million. The surgery was performed to alleviate some discomfort he was feeling.

“Your boy good. I just had a little tune-up,” Pierre-Paul said. “You feel me? But to be honest, if I’m gonna break that sack record this year, I needed to do the surgery. So I did it.”

Authentic Cheap Nike Cowboys QB Dak Prescott Womens Jersey

The Dallas Cowboys Jerseys have officially received Dak Prescott’s signed, $31.4 million exclusive franchise tender, a source told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

The two sides have until July 15 to work out a long-term deal, otherwise one cannot be done until after this season. News of Prescott’s intention to sign the tender first broke on Sunday.

The quarterback appeared to make reference to the signing with an Instagram post later Monday.

Prescott’s decision eliminates the worst-case scenario for the team — the quarterback missing training camp and signing right before the season-opener, a strategy Prescott clearly never intended to pursue as he will now be required to attend training camp.

The fact Prescott will be one of the highest-paid players in the NFL — and the potential his franchise tag increases by a mandatory 20% next season to $37.7 million with a flat or lower cap in 2021 — is the incentive for the Cowboys to secure a long-term deal before July 15.

With franchise tag signed, what’s next for Cowboys’ Dak Prescott Jersey?
Said one source of the pressure on the Cowboys: “Their problem is the second year because this salary cap is going to crash unless there’s an intermediate deal. They would have to gut their team to keep him then. So there’s even more incentive for the Cowboys to do a long-term deal with Dak because of the coronavirus and where the cap might be next year.”

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and executive vice president Stephen Jones have repeatedly expressed their belief that Prescott is the team’s quarterback of the future and capable of leading the franchise back to a Super Bowl.

Prescott, who turns 27 on July 29, has said on multiple occasions that he never wanted to leave the Cowboys.

Authentic Cheap Nike Youth Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert Jersey

A suspect has been arrested and charged with simple assault following a recent incident at a South Dakota bar that led to the hospitalization of Philadelphia Eagles Jerseys tight end Dallas Goedert Jersey.

Security video shows that Goedert was sucker-punched at the Zoo Bar in Aberdeen, South Dakota, on Friday — a blow that left him unconscious, according to a source.

Aberdeen Police put out a statement regarding the arrest.

“At approximately 1:07am on 06/20/2020 Aberdeen Police responded to the 1000 block of South Main Street in reference to an assault,” it said. “It was discovered that an adult male had been punched in the face. The male was transported to Avera St. Lukes Hospital where he was treated and released.

“Investigation led to the arrest of Kyle Douglas Hadala, age 29 of Sarasota, Florida. He was charged with simple assault.”

Hadala, who was in South Dakota for work, a source said, has been released on a personal recognizance bond and is not permitted to have any contact with the victim. His initial court appearance is scheduled for July 10th.

Goedert did not sustain any serious bodily injury, which was the deciding factor on why Hadala was charged with simple assault — a Class 1 misdemeanor — as opposed to a more serious charge, according to Brown County chief deputy state’s attorney Ernest Thompson.

Goedert has been recovering at his home in South Dakota and is said to be doing “fine,” according to those who have spoken with him.

Police were called to the scene on a report “of people busting glasses and have busted heads,” per the Mitchell Republic, citing radio transmissions from the scene asking to run the identifications of Goedert, 25, and two other men.

When contacted, an employee at the Zoo Bar declined to comment.

Goedert, who went to high school in South Dakota and attended South Dakota State, is entering his third season in the NFL. He finished second on the Eagles in receptions (58), receiving yards (607) and receiving touchdowns (5) last season, behind fellow tight end Zach Ertz Jersey.

Authentic Cheap Throwback New York Giants David Tyree Jersey

Super Bowl hero David Tyree Jersey is no longer with the New York Giants Jerseys organization as director of player development. It’s a role he’s held since 2014, after spending most of his playing career with the team.

Tyree, best known for the helmet catch in the Super Bowl XLII upset of the New England Patriots Jerseys, was a well-respected voice in the Giants locker room as a player and mentor. He played for the team from 2003 to 2008, before spending one season with the Baltimore Ravens Jerseys. He retired from the NFL in 2010, but remained close to the organization even before taking on the player development role.

“I was honored to serve and impact the players for the past six years for the most iconic franchise in NFL history,” Tyree told ESPN. “I wish the Giants and Coach Judge the best moving forward into the 2020 season. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to my personal and professional growth along the way. Once a Giant always a Giant.”

Tyree will currently concentrate his time and efforts on a Clean Juice shop he’s been opening in Morristown, New Jersey.

The move came after the Giants completely restructured their player engagement area this offseason. Dr. Lani Lawrence, the team’s director of wellness and clinical services, will now serve as the head of player engagement/development as well.

Dr. Lawrence will continue to work closely with assistant director of player engagement Ashley Lynn. Several coaches, primarily outside linebackers coach Bret Bielema and special-teams coordinator Thomas McGaughey, will also be more involved in player development under the new Giants player engagement setup.

Tyree remains a popular figure among Giants fans after famously pinning a pass to his helmet to keep the game-winning drive alive against the undefeated Patriots in February 2008. He was injured the following year in camp and never caught another NFL pass.

Tyree, 40, played in 83 games with five starts. He was primarily a special-teams standout, making the Pro Bowl in 2005. He finished with 54 catches, 650 yards and four receiving touchdowns during his professional career.

Wholesale Atlanta Falcons Jerseys Online

Consecutive 7-9 campaigns for the Atlanta Falcons Jerseys have put grand expectations and high stakes upon this upcoming season for general manager Thomas Dimitroff and coach Dan Quinn Jersey.

It’s hardly news to the GM or anything he’s avoiding.

“There are high expectations coming into this season,” Dmitroff said on the Bird Noises podcast, via the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “Everyone knows that. No one is shying away from that. Dan and myself included.”

Looking to turn from the tribulations of two seasons past, it’s been an offseason of significance where the roster is concerned.

Falcons mainstays such as tight end Austin Hooper Jersey, running back Devonta Freeman, pass rusher Vic Beasley Jersey and cornerback Desmond Trufant Jersey are gone.

New faces such as running back Todd Gurley Jersey, tight end Hayden Hurst Jersey, pass rusher Dante Fowler Jersey and first-round cornerback A.J. Terrell Jersey have arrived.

They are changes that Dimitroff believes have the Falcons poised to improve upon back-to-back seasons of struggles.

“I feel like we’ve definitely gotten better,” Dimitroff said. “Of course, we’ve lost some very good football players.”

Atlanta, which also has safety Keanu Neal Jersey (Achilles), wide receiver Calvin Ridley Jersey (abdomen), guard James Carpenter Jersey (concussion) and defensive end Takkarist McKinley Jersey (shoulder) hopefully returning healthy, last made the playoffs in 2017, but has seemingly been in a stumble since it appeared in the Super Bowl the year prior.

With likely Hall of Fame talents Matt Ryan Jersey and Julio Jones Jersey, the time is now might well be a slogan for this flock.

Dmitroff believes the talent is in place and the growth of a winning foundation must follow.

“I do believe this is a very talented football team,” Dimitroff said. “We need to continue to grow together as a football team. We need to continue to be consistent and work through things together.”

Custom Seattle Seahawks Jerseys Sale

No red carpet, no nattily dressed athletes, no house band or monologue poking fun at the past year’s top athletes and moments.

This was a different version of The ESPYs.

The focus of Sunday night’s show on ESPN was hope and inspiration in the time of coronavirus.

NFL quarterback Russell Wilson Jersey, along with soccer star Megan Rapinoe and WNBA star Sue Bird, hosted the pre-produced show remotely from their respective homes in Seattle. Each wore Black Lives Matter T-shirts to open the show, and touched on the lives of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor, all of whom were killed by police.

Rapinoe and Bird urged their fellow white athletes to “don’t just listen. Help.”

“This is the time we’ve got to have their backs,” Rapinoe said of Black athletes. Later in the show, Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and Olympic gold-medal skier Lindsey Vonn were among those calling on white athletes to listen, learn and act.

Wilson, who is Black, added, “Our country’s work is not anywhere close to being done.”

Kevin Love of the Cleveland Cavaliers received the Arthur Ashe Award for Courage for sparking a national conversation about mental health. Two years ago, he wrote an online essay detailing his struggles with mental health, including having a panic attack during a game. As a result, other athletes and fans began sharing details of their own mental health challenges and sharing resources on how to get help.

Love created the Kevin Love Fund and has continued speaking out. During the COVID-19 crisis, he’s shared tips on how to cope with the stress and isolation caused by the pandemic.

At home, Love opened a box with the trophy inside, proclaiming, “It’s nice and shiny.”

“In light of all that’s going on in our country today, I accept this award as both an honor and a challenge,” he said, looking into the camera. “A challenge to not only continue on my path, but to push beyond it and stay vocal even when silence feels safer.”

Minnesota Twins outfielder Nelson Cruz Jersey received the Muhammad Ali Sports Humanitarian Award in a videotaped piece introduced by the late boxer’s daughter, Laila. Cruz has helped his hometown of Las Matas de Santa Cruz in the Dominican Republic build a police station, a medical clinic and acquire a fire truck and firefighting gear, as well as an ambulance.

Cruz cried and put his head in his hands before composing himself and saying, “From the bottom of my heart, my family, my foundation and my hometown, thank you.”

Snoop Dogg rapped a tribute to NBA superstar Kobe Bryant, tracing his life from high school to a career with the Los Angeles Lakers. Bryant, his daughter Gianna and seven others were killed in a helicopter crash in January.

Taquarius “TQ” Wair, who as a 4-year-old survived a house fire in 2005 that killed his 6-year-old sister, was honored with the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance. Wair was burned all over his body and given just a 20 percent chance to live. He lost fingers on his left hand. Wair began playing football at age 7 and is now playing at a junior college in Minnesota, with a goal of playing at a four-year school and in the NFL.

Seattle Seahawks Jerseys linebacker Shaquem Griffin Jersey informed Wair via laptop that he was being honored. Wair was handed a box with the trophy inside. He pulled it out and said, “Oh my goodness. Thank you.”

“This is humbling for me,” Wair said. “My family won’t let me give up. Let’s see where I can go from here. Stay tuned.”

Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry introduced Kim Clavel as winner of the Pat Tillman Jersey Award for Service. The boxer from Montreal was preparing for her first main event bout on March 21 after winning the North American Boxing Federation female flyweight title last year. But the coronavirus pandemic meant the fight was canceled.

Clavel wasn’t idle for long. She had previous experience as a nurse in a maternity ward before focusing on boxing, so she began working in care units across Montreal over the last three months.

Via laptop, Clavel listened as her grandmother told her she was being honored with the award named after the player who left the NFL to join the Army after the 9/11 attacks. Tillman was killed by friendly fire in Afghanistan in 2004.

“When I need motivation, I will look at this trophy,” Clavel said.

From her living room, Billie Jean King announced the winners of her namesake Youth Leadership Award, given to those tackling issues in their communities. Joel Apudo, Batouly Camara, Ally Friedman, Jaronn Islar, Chelsea Quito, Elijah Murphy and Niah Woods will receive either a $10,000 academic scholarship or a donation to the charity of their choice.
